Built for small Amazon sellers

Find the ad spend that is never going to pay you back.

Upload your Search Term report. In a few seconds you get a costed action plan: which searches to block, which bids to cut, which winners to push — each one with the money attached and a confidence score, in plain language.

Step 1

Give us your report

In Amazon Seller Central open Advertising → Campaign Manager → Measurement & Reporting → Sponsored Products → Search Term report, choose a 30-day window, and download it. CSV or .xlsx both work.

Step 2

Tell us what a sale is actually worth

This is the part every free tool skips. Without your margin, ACOS is just a number — with it, we can tell you exactly where a sale starts losing money.

Why you can trust the numbers

The maths, explained without jargon

Break-even comes from your margin, not a rule of thumb

If you keep 30 paise of every rupee, an ad that costs more than 30% of the sale is losing you money. That single number decides everything below. Most tools compare you to a generic benchmark instead.

We ask what a search needs to convert at

A ₹30 click on a ₹500 product at 30% margin has to convert at 20% just to break even — that is almost never going to happen, and we can say so after very few clicks. A ₹6 click on the same product only needs 4%. The same click count means completely different things.

Confidence instead of a click threshold

"8 clicks, no sales, kill it" is the standard advice and it throws away good keywords. We use a beta-binomial model: your account's own conversion rate as the starting belief, updated by what each search term actually did. The output is a probability that the term is below break-even — and we only recommend cutting above 85%.

A suggested bid, not just a verdict

From the modelled conversion rate and the order value, we work back to the click price that would land on your target ACOS. That is the number in the "suggested bid" column.

Low relevance is separated from low luck

A term shown thousands of times that nobody clicks is a targeting problem, not a bidding one. We flag it separately, measured against your own click-through rate rather than an industry average.

Everything is converted to a monthly figure

A 14-day report and a 30-day report should not produce different-looking advice. You tell us the window, we normalise it, so "₹4,200 a month" means the same thing every time.

Where this fits

Honestly compared with what already exists

What you might use today Typical cost Where it leaves a small seller stuck
Amazon's own Campaign Manager Free Gives you the report, ACOS and the negative-keyword controls — but never asks what your product costs, so it cannot tell you which sales made money. Its suggestions are about spending more, not less.
sellerboard ≈ ₹1,300–1,700 / month Genuinely good, and it does show true profit. But it needs access to your Amazon account, and it reports profit per keyword rather than handing you a ranked list of what to change.
Helium 10, SellerApp, Jungle Scout ≈ ₹6,900–24,500 / month Large suites where ads are one tab of forty. Priced for US sellers — Helium 10 dropped its entry plan in 2026 and starts at $129.
Perpetua, Teikametrics and other bid robots ₹7,000 to ₹61,000 / month, plus a cut of ad spend Built for accounts spending above $10,000 a month — around forty times a small Indian seller's budget. They also change bids for you.
A freelance ads consultant ₹8,000–₹30,000 / month Good advice, but only as often as you pay for it, and rarely written down.
Adspendo ₹399 / month One job, done properly: your margin, one downloaded file, no account access, and a costed list of actions you apply yourself in ten minutes.

Competitor prices checked August 2026, converted at roughly ₹88 to the dollar. They are indicative list prices and change often — check before quoting them to anyone.
