Is your Amazon advertising actually making you money?
Most sellers can't answer that. Amazon shows you clicks and sales, but
never asks what your product costs — so it can't tell you whether an
ad earned you a profit or quietly lost you money. Adspendo reads your
ad report, asks the one number Amazon never does, and tells you plainly
which searches to cut and which to grow.
In plain terms, no jargon: every seller running ads on Amazon downloads a
report of every search that triggered their ad. It's usually hundreds of
rows — which searches got clicked, how much was spent, how many turned
into a sale. Almost nobody reads it properly, because Amazon shows spend
and sales but never asks what the product actually costs to make and
sell. Without that number, nobody can say whether an ad made money or
lost it — not the seller, and not Amazon's own dashboard.
Adspendo does one job: you give it that report and one number — your
margin — and it hands back a short, ordered list: these searches
cost you money and should be blocked, these are working and deserve a
bigger budget, these are fine as they are. Each item says how much
money it's worth per month and how confident the maths is. You then make
the actual changes yourself, inside Amazon — Adspendo never touches your
account, it only tells you what to do.

New to Amazon ads? Four words you'll see on this page
ACOS
Advertising Cost of Sale — the percentage of a sale that got eaten by the ad that produced it. Lower is better. A 30% ACOS means 30 paise of every rupee sold went straight to Amazon for the ad.
CPC
Cost Per Click — what you pay Amazon each time someone clicks your ad, whether they buy anything or not.
Conversion rate
Out of everyone who clicked, what percentage actually bought. A 5% conversion rate means 5 buyers for every 100 clicks.
Negative keyword
A search term you tell Amazon to stop showing your ad for. It's how you "block" a wasteful search — free to add, inside your own Amazon Ads account.

Tell us what a sale is actually worth
This is the part every free tool skips. Without your margin, ACOS is just a
number — with it, we can tell you exactly where a sale starts losing money.

Why you can trust the numbers
The maths, explained without jargon
Break-even comes from your margin, not a rule of thumb
If you keep 30 paise of every rupee, an ad that costs more than 30% of
the sale is losing you money. That single number decides everything
below. Most tools compare you to a generic benchmark instead.
We ask what a search needs to convert at
A ₹30 click on a ₹500 product at 30% margin has to convert at 20% just to
break even — that is almost never going to happen, and we can say so after
very few clicks. A ₹6 click on the same product only needs 4%. The same
click count means completely different things.
Confidence instead of a click threshold
"8 clicks, no sales, kill it" is the standard advice and it throws away
good keywords. We use a beta-binomial model: your account's own conversion
rate as the starting belief, updated by what each search term actually did.
The output is a probability that the term is below break-even — and we only
recommend cutting above 85%.
A suggested bid, not just a verdict
From the modelled conversion rate and the order value, we work back to the
click price that would land on your target ACOS. That is the number in the
"suggested bid" column.
Low relevance is separated from low luck
A term shown thousands of times that nobody clicks is a targeting problem,
not a bidding one. We flag it separately, measured against your own
click-through rate rather than an industry average.
Everything is converted to a monthly figure
A 14-day report and a 30-day report should not produce different-looking
advice. You tell us the window, we normalise it, so "₹4,200 a month" means
the same thing every time.
