Digital Marketing Guide 360 privacy notice
What we collect. Your email, name and a hashed password to run your account; the keywords, page addresses, reports, calendars and competitor addresses you enter; and basic usage counts to apply your plan limits.
Google Search Console and Google Analytics
If you choose to connect Google, Digital Marketing Guide 360 asks for read-only access to your Search Console and Google Analytics data (scopes: webmasters.readonly and analytics.readonly) and your email address. We use this only to show you your own search and traffic reports inside Digital Marketing Guide 360.
- We store an encrypted access token so the connection keeps working, and we keep the report figures we fetched for up to 6 hours to avoid asking Google again.
- We do not change anything in your Google accounts, sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other users. We do not use it to train AI models.
- You can disconnect at any time on the Google data page. That revokes our access and deletes the stored token and cached figures. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Digital Marketing Guide 360's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other services
To provide features we send the keyword or page address you enter to search, speed and video data providers (Brave Search, Google PageSpeed and YouTube) and, when you choose an AI feature, your topic details to an AI provider (Anthropic). Your Google Search Console and Analytics data is never sent to these providers.
The free website scan (no account)
When you type a website into the free scan, we fetch a few public pages of that site, ask Google's public search suggestions for related phrases, and show you the result. We save the website name, the score and a short share code, so the result can be shown again and shared: a share page shows only the website name and score. Results are kept for a short time so a repeat scan is instant. To limit misuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection address for a couple of days. We do not ask for your name or email for the scan.
Signing in, codes and emails
You can sign in with a password or with a 6-digit code emailed to you. Codes are stored only in scrambled form, work once and expire after 10 minutes. We send you emails only to run the service: sign-in codes, password resets, and replies to messages you send us. We record the time you agreed to the Terms and this Privacy Policy.
Payments
Paid plans are paid by UPI. We store the plan, amount, reference number and payer details you submit so we can approve your payment and show your plan.
Messages you send us
The Contact form sends your name, email and message to us by email. We use it only to reply and to improve the service.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this service.
How long we keep data, and sharing
We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers named above that are needed to run a feature you use, with our hosting provider, and where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and all data through the Contact page, and admins can remove an account at any time. See also the Terms of use and disclaimer.
