Terms of use
These terms cover your use of Digital Marketing Guide 360 (“we”, “us”), including the free website scan, the SEO Coach, the Learn lessons and the other tools. By creating an account, signing in, or using the tools, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Digital Marketing Guide 360 is an online toolkit that helps people understand and improve their website’s search visibility, social posting, and ad planning, and teaches digital marketing in plain language. It works from public information and third-party data, and some of its text is written by AI.
2. Disclaimer: estimates, not guarantees
- No guarantee of results. Scores, keyword ideas, difficulty labels, rank positions, plans and tips are automated estimates. They do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, leads, sales or income. SEO takes months, and nobody can promise a position on Google.
- Data can be incomplete or out of date. We use third-party sources (for example Google search suggestions, Google Trends, Google Search Console and Analytics when you connect them, Brave Search, Google PageSpeed and YouTube). Results depend on those sources and change over time. A free scan reads only a few pages of a website.
- AI can make mistakes. Text written by AI (summaries, titles, descriptions, plans) may be wrong, incomplete or not suited to your business. You must review and edit it, and check every claim is true, before you publish or rely on it.
- Not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Content for regulated topics, such as health or finance, needs review by a qualified person before you use it.
- No affiliation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Brave, Anthropic, YouTube, or any other company or website we mention. Their names belong to their owners.
- Your decisions are yours. You are responsible for what you publish, spend on ads, and change on your website.
3. Your account
You must give a real email address you control and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign in with a password or with a one-time code sent to your email. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: misuse or overload the service (for example automated or mass scanning); try to break, probe or bypass its security or limits; use it to scan or collect data in a way that breaks the law or another site’s rules; upload or publish anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes others’ rights; resell or copy the service without our written permission. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.
5. Your content and connected accounts
You keep ownership of the information you enter and the reports you create. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you. If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we ask for read-only access and use it only to show you your own reports, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
6. Plans, payments and refunds
There is a free plan with monthly limits, and paid plans with higher limits. Prices and limits are shown on the Upgrade page and may change; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for. Paid access currently runs for 30 days from approval of your payment. Refunds and cancellation are covered in our Refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms; to ask for a refund, use the Contact page. Third-party fees, taxes and costs of running your own website or ads are your responsibility.
7. Our content and tools
The service, its design, lessons and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the reports and plans you generate for your own or your clients’ business. You may not copy the lessons or tools to build a competing service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, add or remove features and limits, and update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will show a notice or email you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, traffic, revenue, rankings or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (or zero for free use). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account through the Contact page. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by nature should continue (such as the disclaimer and limit of liability) continue after that.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise. Questions or complaints: use the Contact page.
